HLMJX-12 Automatic Continuous Resin Grinder

The machine specially fits for grinding and polish the slabs and strips of granite and other natural and engineered stones, moving on a conveyor belt, using a series of grinding heads or resin abrasive disc.

• PLC terminal controlling system adopted and parameters setting through LCD touch screen offer easy operation.
• Sensor on the machine checks the shape of the slabs automatically and send signal to the PLC to control the movement of the bridge and polishing heads accordingly.
• Convoying belt and the cross beam adopt frequency conversions for speed adjusting
• Poly-V belts used for driving polishing spindles which has high strength values and that keep their structural properties against sudden strains
• Central automatic liquid lubrication system to enhance working smoothness and service life
• High quality sub and low consumption of polishing abrasives.
